Brad comes to Iron Rail with 23 years experience in the restaurant industry. From the age of 15 and cooking in a local Italian eatery, Brad worked his way up to management, landing as General Manager at Old Chicago, one of the nation’s largest restaurant chains. In his time there, he trained numerous managers within the corporation, making his company a well-oiled machine from coast to coast. Brad’s dedication and devotion to the local economy brought him to Iron Rail Brewing, where he hopes to encourage continued revitalization in the Topeka downtown district.
If it has to do with beer, you can bet Don King knows a thing or two about it. A passion for brewing that started many years ago as a homebrewer and has resulted in his dream of becoming a professional brewmaster. Don's discerning palate and vast knowledge of beer and brewing science are at the heart of Iron Rail Brewing's focus.
For 18 years, Andrew has been refining his talents as a chef, working his way into large-scale kitchens such as Fourteen Seventy Two in Denver, Colorado, and Grizzly Grille in Manhattan, Kansas. Honing his skills in the barbecue realm, Andrew worked as head chef at Blind Tiger, one of the largest breweries and BBQ style restaurants in Kansas, making his experience so valuable here at Iron Rail. His classic American style has a modern twist, resulting in fresh and enticing dishes that still fulfill that traditional hankerin’. Andrew’s passion for family, fun and food comes through on every plate.
